Casual Arena Hosts, Manchester Arena

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to be part of a small team to provide and maintain a high standard of customer service to all guests who visit the Manchester Arena.

Successful applicants are invited to join our casual database, giving them the opportunity to sign up for event based shifts.

Key Accountabilities

  • To deal with all concerns and enquiries expressed by the customers attending events at the arena
  • Offer advice and information to customers
  • Relocation of seats
  • Liaise with all departments, Box Office, Stewarding Company, Food & Beverage and Events.
  • Assist disabled customers
  • Guide guests around the arena
  • Ensure correct information is available and up to date

The candidate must possess the following:

  • Previous customer service experience in complaint handling
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with people
  • Have the ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
  • Must possess a polite and courteous manner
  • Work well and remain calm under pressure
