In addition the Venue programs a number of its own performances and events annually. The Deputy Technical Manager is required to actively participate in the daily operations of the Venue.

Under the direction of the Technical Manager the successful applicant will be responsible for the operations and strategic planning of the Operations Department.

Based in Manchester and reporting to Senior Legal Counsel, the role will support the business and its subsidiary catering company, CGC Events, on all commercial legal issues. You will lead on contract renewals for CGC Events, and support larger projects, including the opening of new venues.
Candidates with a background in private practice are encouraged to apply, as well as those with experience of working in house. It is important that the lawyer who joins the team is confident and able to work independently without day to day supervision. We anticipate applications from lawyers who are 3-7 years PQE.
