We work with everyone from market feasibility consultants to project managers to develop a phased, long term plan for the venue based upon market considerations and industry trends.


Marketing Strategy

Our venue and event marketing expertise is second to none. Global experience in the development of successful marketing strategies will be enhanced by local expertise to effectively market the venue from events to sponsorship, naming rights and advertising.


Design, Planning and Programming Services

We work directly with project architects, consultants, contractors and other vendors to achieve a good looking and operationally-efficient facility. We identify any concerns and issues about the facility’s program, design and construction and work to rectify them according to the timing / status of the project.


Operating Budget Preparation and Audit

We consult with project finance consultants on developing and auditing, operating both budgets and cash flow forecasts. We review and forecast all event projections including attendance, rental and ticketing revenues, food and beverage projections, commercial rights, staffing assumptions as well as indirect and start-up expense assumptions.


Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment Services

We have our own rigorous process for implementing and completing FF&E and, if requested, we can replicate for the food and beverage requirements of the facility.


Operating Supply Inventory

Before the building opens we will recommend the necessary initial operating supply inventory. We’ll examine the level, amount and types of events to be held in the facility using our knowledge and contacts with industry suppliers to purchase the right amounts of small wares and disposables.


Commissioning and Venue Handover

Once the facility is near completion we’ll work with the construction management team to inspect it for adherence to programme and specifications, as well as for any damage that may have occurred. This document, referred to as a punch list, will be instrumental in the final phase of construction and final acceptance, ensuring the new facility is in top condition.
