Key 103 has been named the official radio partner for Manchester Arena after the live entertainment venue announced a twelve month deal with the Bauer City Network station. The partnerhsip was launched successfully at the three sold-out Justin Bieber shows.

James Allen, General Manager for Manchester Arena, said: “The new partnership consolidates the strong relationship we’ve enjoyed with the Bauer brand for the past two decades. Across their station portfolio they tick every arena demographic box and we’re looking forward to working with them as we strengthen our position as the biggest selling live entertainment venue outside of the capital.”

Chris Pegg, Content Director for Key 103, added: “Music and Manchester is at the heart of what Key 103 is all about so it makes sense for us to be associated with the biggest venue in the city, attracting world class live entertainment. We’re excited to bring our listeners closer to music and will broadcast live from the biggest events from our pop-up studio.”

SMG Europe flagship venue, Manchester Arena welcomes over 1 million fans every year and regularly features inside the two top busiest arenas in the world.

The venue currently plays host to two annual Key 103 concerts, including December’s forthcoming Key 103 Christmas Live.
