Born in Frankfurt, Germany, Michael Brill completed his master-degree in Business Administration at the University of Cologne, specializing in Organizational Sciences.
After managing an agency for corporate events and product presentations, Michael started his first activities in venue management for Ogden Entertainment in 1991 as an Arena Representative for Germany. Michael has supported the development of new business in mainland Europe and has been responsible for the acquisition of management contracts of new stadiums, arenas and theatres in Germany. In 2004 SMG Europe expanded with an agreement to manage the Loreley Amphitheatre.
In November 2007 Michael was promoted to Regional Vice President SMG Europe to support SMG Europe's continued exploration of new accounts. His regional areas of responsibility include most of the Northern and Central European countries and the states within the Former Republic of Yugoslavia.
