The Food & Beverage Department at the Manchester Evening News Arena - caters for every function, from a meeting for two to a crowd of 21,000. During events, customers include press, crew, artists and the public, with nine bars and various function rooms around the building for public use, and audiences as varied as those attending classical concerts and rock to Tweenies.
Outside of events, the Department is responsible for supplying refreshments for meetings and various functions at the Arena, providing anything from coffee and biscuits to silver service dinners.
In addition to its function within the Manchester Evening News Arena, the Food and Beverage Department manages the catering for other venues, tailoring its experience and expertise to suit varying levels of service.
